Encoder Features:
User Login
1. Administrator and operator accounts with different authorizations for
login.
2. An administrator can perform all operations while an operator has
browsing rights only.
3. The usernames for either administrator or operator cannot be modified but
the passwords can.
4. The encoders can register with the NVR platform. Userswith the same
account or different accounts can use the MTC from different locations to login
Live video
1. It is possible to browse videos from the MTC directly or via the NVR.
