All Vanguard Surveillance products are brand new and come with a One Year Manufacturer Warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise).

Feedback

We will leave positive feedback for a successful completion of any transaction. Feedback is a very important tool of Ebay and we greatly appreciate if you leave us positive feedback when you receive your items.

Returns

You may return defective items to us within 14 days for replacement. After 14 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply – all items returned for repair after 14 days will be sent back to the manufacturer through Vanguard Surveillance for either replacement or repair at discretion of manufacturer – if replacement is required, manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a repaired product of same specifications – this may not mean the exact same camera/DVR unit will be provided. A 4-6 day turn around time is average depending on availability of spare parts and/or extent of damage. Times frames may be longer or shorter and is not in the control of Vanguard Surveillance.

Items returnable are for defective items NOT user inability to operate or improper installation and or handling – this does not cover customer misuse or abuse, electrical damage either through incorrect installation, defective power supply, cabling, excessive heat/cold and acts of god. All determined solely by Vanguard/Manufacturer.

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for all returned items.
