We do not take requests for refunds. We do our best to accurately describe all items, so please take the time to fully review our photos and descriptions before making a purchase. If you are unsure of a product's functionality or compatibility, please contact us with your questions prior to bidding, we will be glad to answer all inquiries.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The only exception is when we ship the incorrect item, and we will credit the customer for return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for defective replacements.
At XL Team, we fully understand that defects will arise from time to time. Our returns terms are as follows:
- Returns and exchanges are not offered on import items.
- Returns and exchanges are not offered on games. All games sold are brand new and sealed.
- If you receive a different item than what was purchased, please contact us immediately.
- Some of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. If a defect arises, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
- For defective product received that do not carry a manufacturer's warranty, please contact us within 5 days to obtain an RMA number.
- After the 5 day period has passed, we will not grant any defective return requests.
- Once approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The package must be insured for the final sales price. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and all contents, and must be be in the same condition as when it was received.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if insurance is not purchased.
- Upon receipt, we will test the item for functionality and inspect it for physical damage and/or abuse.
- A product of the same functionality will be provided once the return has passed our inspection.
- If the return does not meet any of the above conditions, the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's cost.
By bidding on our auctions, we acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to all terms stated within the listing.
- Your bid is a binding contract. We are responsible in providing you with the product, and you are responsible for timely payment of the purchase. Payment must be received within 7 days of the purchase.
- All sales are final, please refer to the returns section regarding defective items.
- The winning bid and shipping handling charges are not negotiable. Please do not bid if you do not agree with or are unsure about any part of the listing.
- We do our best to ensure that all products listed are in stock. On the rare occasional where the product is not available due to certain conditions, a full refund will be provided.
