Bidding:

• Since we sell through multiple channels, drop ship some items and custom build many of our products, all item availability should be considered stock to 10 days. We will notify you if an item is not in stock for immediate delivery and the lead time if there is a delay.
• All terms and conditions are as follows unless otherwise specified in the auction description.
• Bids are considered to be a contract to purchase.
• Do not bid unless you intend to follow through with the purchase.
• By bidding on this auction, bidders agree explicitly to all of the terms and conditions listed herein.
• All auction sales require prepayment in advance of shipment.
• No offers outside this auction during the duration of the auction will be accepted.
• This pricing will not be offered outside of the auction.

Payment:

• Payment by paypal only.
• Payment must be received within 3 business days of the conclusion of the auction.

Shipping:

• All shipping is FOB 79350 unless otherwise specified in description.
• Free shipping, if offered applies only to the lowest class domestic service provided and in some cases cannot be tracked. If you desire a shipping method that can be tracked you may upgrade the shipping method at additional expense.
• Please do not ask for shipping costs. Use the shipping calculators provided
• Shipments will be normally be made within 2-3 business days of confirmation of payment.
• Due to sales through multiple channels, occasionally some orders will be backordered. You will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping any items.
• We will combine shipping on purchases made within a 24 hour span.
• Buyer pays all shipping charges for non-free shipping methods.
• Insurance is included in Free Shipping and optional on other shipping methods for items less than $100
• High value items in excess of $100 require insurance and a shipping method that can be tracked.. 

Exchanges and Refunds:

• All sales are to be considered where-is, as-is and are final.
• Items are guaranteed against DOA only and only for exchange of same or like items.
• No refunds will be given, only exchange for same or equivalent item.
• Exchange items require an RMA number requested by email with a description of the defect.
• All claims for DOA items for exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of item.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  

Sales Tax:

• Sales tax will be added to all items with ship to addresses in the State of Texas.
