LEGAL NOTICE

The act of bidding or "buy it now" on this auction is stating that you are agreeing to all guidelines/statements in said auction and said auction serves as a legal contract in which the winning bidder/buyer agrees to pay for item(s) from listed in this auction. This product(s) is as advertised and will include only what is listed in the description and/or picture (unless otherwise stated somewhere in auction) and nothing more or less. If the buyer has any problem with the product at all it is best to contact the seller first before he/she leaves feedback, do any action on funds paid to sais seller, or do any rash action againstthe seller. The buyer may contact the seller by emailing through my messages only. The seller in the auction above requires paymant to be recieved within 10 days of the auction end date. If payment is mailed in, we suggest the use of some sort of tracking/delivery confirmation. If the payment is late for any reason, we reserve the right to sell the item to another buyer. After 30 days or more after the auction closes we reserve the right to send said auction/account to a collection agency or to cancel the purchase completely. Either way the account will have an administration/paper/restocking/cancelation/collection fee added to it because, it has been more than 30 days since the auction end date without recieving the payment in full. If we have canceled the purchase then the fee will be deducted and the remainder of the funds will be refunded to the buyer if funds have been recieved by us. If the debt is sent to a collection agency, then the collection agency will be recovering the auction winning bid amount, s/h associated with auction, any administration/paper/restocking/cancelation/collection fees, any insurance fees, and the collection fees that they add to it. The collection agency's fees are at their discretion and may be very high (up to 50% of the total amount that the buyer owes the seller). Also the collection agency may need an attorney on some special cases and, by bidding he/she agrees that, the buyer will be reponsible for paying all legal fees of up to $250.00 usd per hour. The collection agency will be following all federal guidelines as to when and how they report to the credit bureaus concerning your account with us.

NON PAYING BIDDERS-LATE/SHORT PAYMENTS-CHARGEBACKS:

The administration/paper/restocking/cancelation/collection fee : If total amount due, before fee, is equal or less than $49.99 USD then the fee will be $9.95 USD. If total amount due, before fee, is in between $50.00 USD and $99.99 USD then the fee will be $19.95 USD. If total amount due, before fee, is $100.00 USD or greater then the fee is $29.95 USD. The total amount due includes the s/h and ins. amounts add to the winning bid amount for each auction won. Please make sure payment is made in full on time so the above fees are not added to the buyer's account. Fee amounts are decided upon from original invoice total, for each auction, before any payment/funds/credit/discount is given/deducted.

Credit/debit card chargebacks - Chargebacks that are not due to the seller's actions will result in a $35.00 USD fee to the buyer/cardholder. This fee, along with the original balance and administration/paper/restocking/cancelation/collection fee will immediately be sent to a collection agency. Chargebacks can only be started by cardholder, so it is the buyer's own doing if they decide to take this action.
