Returns
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover merchant and other sales related fees. Customers are given a 14 day period within which to return an unused / unopened item.
We will replace any defective product at no additional charge. Customers are given 14 days (from receipt of package) to report defects.
Shipping
We ship anywhere within MAINLAND USA from our warehouse in Southern California. Laser Toners are insured free of charge. We carefully pack our toners in double wall (200 lb test) corrugated boxes, reinforced with loose fill styrofoam for maximum protection during shipment. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, PO Boxes, and US territories such as Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. No International Shipping. |
