Auction winners will receive an emailed payment request containing auction details and payment instructions after the auction ends.
We take special care to pack items so they will arrive undamaged and in perfect working condition.
Shipping Information
All items will be then be shipped via Motor Freight and Fedex with delivery confirmation and a tracking number so your item(s) will arrive within a timely manner. We usually ship every other day during the business week.
We will ship items internationally for an additional shipping charge. We will not be responsible for import, taxes, or customs fees charges outside of the Continental United States. We only ship to confirmed addresses - sorry, no support APO/FPO addresses. Please understand and abide by these rules before you bid. Note: Our Shipping/Handling fee includes not only actual postage on your item but also handling, packaging supplies, warehouse costs, and administrative fees.
Returns Policy
All products are direct from the manufacturer and are new and unused unless otherwise stated in the auction. All new products are tested in perfect working condition before they are shipped so there should be no problem with the functionality of a product.
However, if you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 7 days from the date you received the product and we will do our best to resolve the situation. If an items arrives damaged, it must be reports immediately and noted on the delivery receipt for proper credit. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so we will usually replace or exchange the item.
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packaging materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer with out exchange. Condition will be assessed at our discretion.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for return/exchange items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please use the most convenient means of shipping and insurance is recommended.
