Gift claim can be made through our Customer Service via e-mail at FINVOGUE@gmail.com after you have made a payment for an invoice / order. We will reply your e-mail and provide full list of free gift choices. You can select your free gift from the web page we provide or e-mail us again specifying your choice. Jewelry / Carrier styles and colors are limited and will be on first come first serve basis.

The entitlement requirement of the total number of eBay items purchased (refer to the table above) from the eBay seller (eBay User ID: f.i.v), in a single invoice / order, must be fulfilled to entitle the gift claim. If the entitlement requirement cannot be met by December 31, 2009, the customer disqualifies this gift program.

Number of purchased items would be accumulated subject to the respective payments being settled on or before December 31, 2009. All unpaid items and outstanding payments will not be taken into account for the gift redemption.

All purchased items and value can only become purchase points for claiming a free gift. Any unsed purchase accumulation point will be forfeited after December 31, 2009, and no longer be valid for claiming any other gift, value or for money refund. Please make sure you meet the entitlement requirements by the program deadline.

Free gift is sent via postal service. FASHION IN VOGUE will not be liable for any damage of goods during shipment. However, we will offer a replacement of damaged gift due to shipment should the buyer agrees to bear all shipment costs for the returned goods.

The custom declaration note will be marked as a 'Gift' for all shipment of the redeemed gift, we will therefore not bear any potential custom tax incurred.
