Welcome to Sunshine Villa Florida, this is our 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Orlando Florida Family Owned Villa for rent. It has a private screened pool & is near Disney, Universal Studio's and many Golf courses.

Our location is: "superb, on a quiet estate to get away from it all, but only one mile from the Highway192 for everything you need".

Villa Description: 

Our villa is situated on Clear Creek, Woodridge development, on Highway 27 and is only a mile drive to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Highway 192. It's 8 miles from Disney World Drive and a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport. At the entrance to the semi-residential estate, the Woodridge local shopping area provides a variety of convenient shops and services. A new Wal Mart has opened just 200yds from the Woodridge shopping centre.

Our Villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED and fanned throughout and it has constant hot water.

All linens and towels are included. Pre & Post-Vacation cleaning and electricity is also included (except for pool heating).

Our villa’s lounge has modern vaulted ceiling with 2 luxurious brand new sofas.

  A remote control 27" Digital Cable TV (with hundreds of all-digital cable channels including on-demand chanells like TMC & Showtime and a Digital Video Recorder), DVD player and CD/radio/tape hi-fi.

 All to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment.

A Nintendo Gamecube & various games are also provided to keep the "children" amused.

Large patio style doors lead out to the screened patio and pool area.

With dining table and 6 chairs, and overhead lighting. 

The Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and has a King ("UK super-king") size bed, large dressing room, drawers, dressing table, bedside lights, TV, VCR, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and it’s own en-suite and very spacious bathroom with w/c, twin basin suite, mirrors, large shower and hairdryer. 

The second full bedroom has a double bed, drawers, bedside light, cable TV, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan, full length miror and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the pool. 

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 all have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, cable tv's, ceiling fan, full length miror and share bathrooms 2&3.

One twin room has a Mickey Mouse Disney theme and night-lite. A Greco travel-cot is included for the convenience of renters with babies or small toddlers.

Bathroom 2 has w/c, wash suite with cupboards, bath shower, mirror, mirror cabinet and hairdryer.

Bathroom 3 has w/c, wash suite with cupboards, mirror and mirror cabinet.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs, and is equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including cookware, cutlery, glasses, and plates/cups/mugs, a full size electric cooker, microwave, extracter, dishwasher, sink waste-disposal, and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge-freezer with ice maker. 

An array of electrical accessories such as cordless electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, can-opener, blender, etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.

Breakfast area with table and four chairs.

A high-chair is also provided.

New in 2007: Our two car garage has been converted to a new Games Room and includes; 7foot Pool/Billiards, 7foot Air Hockey, electronic darts, cable TV, Gamecube with games and DVD player.

Wi-fi Cable 10meg Hi-Speed internet is provided free for your use during your stay. Bring your laptop, PSP or other wifi device and stay in touch with your email, instant messaging etc, maybe even send home 'photos of yourselves lapping up the Florida sunshine and enjoying Disney! Our wi-fi network is security protected for your safety and you will be given the key with your other security information.

The garage area also contains a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

A fully screened, heatable 29'x15' swimming pool has been built to the owners own specification with underwater light. 

The patio area has table and 4 chairs together with 4 loungers and drinks table.

 Pool toys, buckets & spades are provided for your enjoyment.

We provide a charcoal BBQ for use by our guests free of charge, but only in strict compliance with our safety rules.

 There is cable television to all tv's, and telephone with Caller Display and Voicemail is installed which is available to guests without charge for local and US long-distance calls . International calls may be made through the use of a credit card (via operator) or locally purchased phone card.

 Our helpful management company is available to assist you at all reasonable times, and 24 hours for emergencies 

Pool Heat to 85F (recommended for winter months) is not included.

Other options cannot be listed here due to eBay listing rules.

A booking & security deposit of £200/$370 is required - this is refundable on report from our management company confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear).
