In order to return an item contact us through Ebay's message system to obtain an RMA number. After obtaining an RMA number, you must ship the item back to us at your expense. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and refund using paypal within 48 hours. All returns must be unused and received undamaged. We personally inspect every return and make the final decision on whether the item is considered to be in the same condition as when we shipped it out. If any return does not pass our inspection, it will  be the buyers responsibility to repay to have the item shipped back to them otherwise we will hold it for 15 days before disposing of it. We must receive the item within 30 days from the date delivery confirmation shows that you took possession of it.
