Used= Opened and Preplayed game.  CD based games May or may not contain minor surface scratches, but tested to play fine.

New= New in original unopened packaging

Tested=Game was loaded and briefly played.  Games are not played in their entirety.

Return Policy

New games-cannot be returned unless there was a listing error (i.e. wrong game) and MUST be unopened.  48 hour notification required.

Used games- can only be returned if not as described in listing (defective, wrong item sent etc) and with notification within 48 hours of receipt.  If I have the same item it will be replaced.  Refunds will occur only if same item cannot be replaced.

Return shipping fees are not reimbursed

FREE USPS Priority shipping with insurance.

I do combine shipping for multiple items purchased.  Pay the highest shipping amount and then add $2.95 for each additional item (lots and systems excluded).

I will only mail to the registered Paypal address.

I do not ship outside of the United States-No exceptions.  If you bid and pay from outside of the USA all ebay fees (listing and final) will be deducted from the refund.

I DO NOT SEND SHIPPING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION EMAILS.  PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THIS.

This means I do not provide a tracking number nor do I email when the item is shipped.  I mail within 3 business days after payment is made (or sooner).  Please allow the full 3 handling days + the disclosed mail time(2-5 days First class or 2-3 days Priority) before inquiring.  This can be up to 8 mailing days (usually faster).  Please visit my feedback and detailed seller ratings and you will see that my shipping time is excellent and requires no followup.  If it has been more than the listed timeframe ( 5 days priority or 8 days first class), I will gladly track the item.

Ask any and all questions in advance.  Please submit emails through the Ebay messages inbox (answered within 24-48 hours) and not directly to my personal email which is not regularly monitored.
