This is an Eaton Compressor factory-direct, custom-built & fabricated air compressor. We have 31 Years experience in building QUALITY air compressors. This has a 5-year FULL BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty from Eaton Compressor and this warranty is NOT a limited warranty or pro-rated warranty. There are companies offering from a 1 year to a 5 year warranty.  Make sure when you buy that you are buying a FULL warranty, not a pro-rate warranty.  Just remember, a pro-rated warranty means the older it gets in the warranty period, the more risk the customer has.  The percentage is higher that you pay out of your pocket.  With our warranty, we cover the parts and labor.  This is a FACTORY DIRECT Custom-Built-Single phase air compressor.   Businesses and farmers lease this now for a 2-year lease for approximately $58.71/month (lease to own). Last dollar buys compressor. Approximately 9-10% interest with approved credit. This is a 5 HP, 2-stage, 21.5 CFM displacement and 17 CFM free air @ 175 PSI (we will prove this with an air flow meter if you want it demonstrated) solid cast iron compressor (unit weighs 550 lbs). Unit has a pump-up time from 0-150 PSI of 4 minutes, 30 seconds-flat. Bare pump weighs 222 lbs. This compressor is VERY low RPM - Only 800 pump RPM. This pump has rod bearing and wrist pin inserts and disk valves. Largest 5 HP motor on the market. Motor weighs 99 lbs. This motor has a solid cast-iron frame and solid copper windings. This motor is 220 Volt, 24.5 running amps. You must have a 35 amp breaker for this unit. Unit has 60-gallon ASME-approved air receiver. It has 2 B belt drive (2 belt drive is essential for long belt lift, not 1 belt drive), motor drive pulley (also cast iron) 2 groove B-drive, centrifugal unloader (unloads compressor when unit shuts off. This is essential when units starts up so you have no head pressure. This will save your motor life.), inter and after cooler (this will cool your air not only between stages, but it will cool it after it comes out of the compressor head and goes into the tank.), oil-level sight glass gauge (this sight glass is user friendly and easy to see in maintaining proper oil level), and a 1/2" ball valve air outlet (this is used to turn your air outlet on or off), and a large 184-T frame motor (this motor is our LARGE 5 HP motor, 1750 RPM. This low RPM is much better because this big pump needs lots of starting torque especially in cold weather. 3450 RPM motors are not recommended for this pump-they are lower starting torque. This big pump requires lots of starting torque to get it turning over. With most 3450 RPM motors on big pumps requires you to have a heated compressor room or in real cold weather, you will have to heat your compressor to get it started-a BIG hassle!!)  Buyer beware...there is a lot of fraud in the market of air compressors. There are companies claiming more CFM than what their unit actually has. The way to check for this, get their PUMP-UP time in writing and this will cover you if they have a fault CFM. Things to watch out for: fast pump RPM--low RPM is better, compressor companies are giving you "starting" HP instead of "running" HP, which means NOTHING when purchasing a compressor. To be a TRUE 5 hp motor, it must pull at least 23 running amps or it is not a 5 hp motor. Compressor pumps that are claiming cast iron and they are really not. When shopping take a magnet with you. If it doesn't stick, it is not cast iron. Watch out for reed valves. They are a cheap valve system. Our valves are a disk valve design which is the highest valve design on the market and has been proven in compressors for many years. Our rods have a rod-bearing insert which makes this pump 100% rebuildable. 95% of compressors on the market have no bearing inserts. They are throw-away. We have a breakdown of our compressor and will show you in detail what is inside of it.
