Shipping & Handling
We ship after payment clears. We ship to the address that PayPal Provides, so please be sure your address on PayPal is correct before you pay. We normally ship within 24-48 hours (most times less!) We do charge a small reasonable handling fee to cover packing peanuts, bubble-wrap, envelopes & boxes bought by us, etc. Since we offer a wide variety of items, handling charges differ from item to item. Handling Fees range from just a few pennies to $3.50 depending on the amount of protective packaging and time spent to package the item securely. Every item has Delivery Confirmation all ready figured into the cost. While eBay calls this a tracking number, it is not. It is simply a bar-code your postman scans when the package is delivered to your home or mailbox.

International Shipping
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
We do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please ask us first so we may set up a shipping cost for you since this item is set to pay immediately. We mostly ship to Canada and the United Kingdom, but have also shipped to Australia and Ireland. We like to ship to countries that have a proven track record of updating online Delivery Confirmation. Not all of the countries do that. You must ask for shipping quotes to your country prior to bidding or you may not be able to easily pay. Our shipping costs are very close to actual cost. If you find yourself unable to bid on an item of ours due to your location, you can contact us and we will look into it. Some of our items may not be acceptable to your customs, meaning the package will be confiscated and destroyed if I mail it to you.
Combined Shipping Discounts!!!
We like giving our customers discounts!!! Most items qualify, with common sense measures in regards to packaging. But due to the mind-blowing amount of unpaid items we've been forced to set all of our store and buy-it-now items to immediate payment required which we are unable to combine. If you contact us first, for a quote we may be able to individually edit the items before you buy to allow us to send you a combined shipping invoice once you have purchased all the items you want/requested. IF YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS SEPARATELY, YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY!
Payment
We accept all forms of PayPal from our customers, US & Foreign.
Starting in October 2009 we will be using eBay's automatic dispute system for non-paying buyers. Most items are set for you to pay immediately, and if not PayPal payments are expected within 3 days or eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item dispute on our behalf on day 4 and they will automatically close it on Day 8 if it remains unpaid issuing a non-payer strike. If you need assistance, have problems, or need an extension on payment please contact us to see if we help.
Taxes
We do have a sales tax permit which requires us to collect taxes for sales made within the state of Iowa.
Returns & Refunds
We have a general NO REFUND policy except in cases of broken or lost merchandise, but we require tangible proof (I.e. Delivery confirmation claims it lost or undelivered, picture(S) of broken merchandise, return of broken item for inspection) before refund. Any reasonable seller would require this proof for refund. We are flexible reasonable people. We understand that people make mistakes and occasionally fail to read all the details, but please be sure of what you are buying before you bid on it. We offer descriptions and pictures of items as clear as we can make them. Because of the nature of most of the products we sell, it makes it very difficult for me to accept any returns due to buyer's remorse because of many people's superstitions and religious beliefs regarding used, pre-owned, or returned magical goods and supplies. We cannot do exchanges due to those beliefs and because the majority of our items are one-of-a-kind and/or we only have a limited number. We set the highest standards and expectations for the quality of our products. If by some great fluke you receive the wrong item or it is grossly not as described, or have a problem with our items let us know. We are reasonable people and may be able to work something out. BUT just because we say we are willing to work something out does not make us door-mats to demands.

Additional Item Information
We are a smoke-free home. All my measurements are close approximations to actual lengths, widths, diameters, depths, etc., and may differ slightly from your own. While I do use a ruler, I have found that some rulers are slightly off and I do not measure down to the smallest of increments. On a few occasions I do use the manufacturer's measurements but they are precise as well. Colors differ from Computer monitor to computer monitor. Colors may differ slightly in person. When describing color for the most part I use the manufacturer's description. If they say teal, I say teal, but you may call it aquamarine. Being that there are so many names for so many similar shades, we won't get into disputes over color unless there is gross misrepresentation. I.e. description says green and you get red, then we'll talk color. We do watermark our photos with LWW and the year right over the items in the picture. You are sent the actual items shown in the photo unless otherwise stated.

*Many of my products are derived from Mother Nature, and Mother Nature can hold many surprises, so while I check my products very carefully for defects or dangers, I am not responsible for mold, insects, splinters, or allergic reactions. *Many of my products are dipped or coated in 100% natural Beeswax so if you are allergic to bees, their pollen, bee by-products, or honey, YOU ARE WARNED. I am NOT responsible for any allergic reactions. *If you purchase a product with the bark still on it and discover that there is green, whitish, rust-colored, or grayish fuzzy stuff on the outside, it is NOT mold! It's natural moss or lichens that happen naturally on a lot of trees in nature. If you ever examine any tree OUTSIDE you will find that Mother Nature grows a lot of it.
