Payment
How long do I have to pay for my item?
Payment for your item MUST be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. eBay users that do not pay within this time frame will be reported to eBay as NON-PAYING BIDDERS and are subject to eBay rules and regulations including loss of bidding privileges.
What payment terms do you accept?
SIGNWarehouse gladly accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure online ordering system. Payments must be made through our checkout. Direct PayPal payments cannot be recognized by our system and your order will not be processed.
We will ship only to the address on file with your credit card company or to verified PayPal account addresses. No exceptions! If you provide an unconfirmed shipping address, your payment will be refunded and your order will NOT be processed.

Taxes/Import Fees/Duties
Sales tax will only be charged to residents of Texas (8.25%) and Kentucky (6.0%).

Where do you ship?
At this time, SIGNWarehouse ships ONLY within the US (including the District of Columbia) and Canada.****Canadian customers see tax information above.
We do NOT ship to:
- APO/FPO addresses
- PO Boxes
- US Territories and Protectorates
- Countries other than the US and Canada
How do you ship?
- We ship via UPS Ground and ABF Freight (large items). Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails.
- We allow local pickup (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)for customers who make arrangements before making payment.
- We ship only to verified addresses (the address associated with your PayPal or Credit Card account). No exceptions!
- We do not
- Offer rush shipping on eBay orders.
- Ship collect or third-party billing.
When do you ship?
- We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.
- Packages generally ship within 3 business days of payment receipt.
- Exceptions:
- Backordered items ship immediately upon availability. You will be notified if your item is unavailable. At that time, you will be given an estimated time of arrival and the option to receive a refund.
- Large Equipment items (such as lasers and printers) can take up to 60 days to be dispatched. We will contact you in the event your shipment is
delayed by more than a week.
How is shipping calculated?
- Shipping is calculated before any applicable taxes.
- Multiple items will be combined & receive a discounted rate (this occurs automatically in the checkout).

Return Policy/Contact Info
What is your return policy?
- We will exchange/replace defective merchandise immediately. No refunds or credits.
- Defective on Arrival situation must be noticed within 15 days after delivery.
- Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
- RMA number is required for all returns. Please call us before you return the item.
- Units returned without an RMA will be refused.
- Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
- Warrantied equipment will be exchanged/replaced ONLY within the specified warranty period.
All sales are final. Any other SIGNWarehouse promotions, special
offers and/or rebates do not apply to these auctions. Your bid is a contract to buy. If you
are the winning bidder for an item and fail to complete
payment using the online checkout, you will be in reported to eBay as a Non-Paying Bidder and subject to eBay account
suspension.
What if I have a problem such as missing or incorrect items?
Although we make every effort to insure that you receive the correct item in a timely manner, there may be times when you need to contact us for assistance. If you experience a problem, please contact the eBay department at 1-800-799-5280 for assistance. eBay assistance is available Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm CST.
