What is Sherpa? Sherpa is very soft organic cotton knitted from fuzzy organic sherpa yarn. It is super absorbent, durable and very soft to the touch. Organic terry cloth cotton is fluffed up to create more surface area for increased absorbancy and softness.

Q : Why use organic cloth diapers?
A : The two main reasons are 1) The dramatically higher breathability of cloth diapers compared to disposable improves the health of your babys skin. 2) Organic cotton is free of chemicals (read more below) and also improves your babys skin health.
Q : Are these diapers AIO (all in one)?
A : Yes in that this special cotton is at least double the absorbancy of standard weight cotton diapers. No in that there is not a plastic waterproof exterior cover, usually PUL polyester. An exterior waterproof plastic layer inhibts air flow to your babys skin and defeats the purpose of cloth diapers.
We recommend first adding cotton diaper doublers for heavy wetters or night time and if addtional spill protection is needed then add waterproof covers for nightime. This way you are maximizing the benefits of cotton diaper breathability and the additional benefits of chemical free organic cotton diapers.
