We guarantee all merchandise against DOA (Dead on Arrival). We allow up to 7 days after receipt of goods for exchange of defective merchandise. All Returns must be returned as you originally received your package... inlcuding  manuals, cords, and packing, including styrofoam supports, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We DO NOT provide refunds under any circumstance including buyer's remorse. Please research the product you are purchasing and make sure it is, but not limited to, the correct size, volume, amount, appearance, model, and brand that you want. The DOA policy does not apply if we provide a warranty on the item ourselves which will be noted in the listing. All car audio equipment requires a receipt from a professional installer to accompany any defective return. Should a defective item need to be returned for exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 2. Absolutely no modifications, adjustments or changes to your paypal address unless you contact us by sending a request to applied@cox.net This includes, but is not limited to, change of address, special requests on the label, drop sites, and/or any other special requests of the delivery. We monitor hundreds of shipments with our webpage on a daily basis. Any notes and/or changes via paypal  WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without direct verification with applied@cox.net  These requests need to be handled on a personal, item by item, one on one basis.
