We offer shipping via UPS GROUND. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.

• EXTRA SHIPPING FEE for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico.
• Please send us an email (sales@skysbiz.com) with your shipping address prior to bidding so that we can accurately calculate shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico.
• We do not deliver to International, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and major holiday) after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the product to arrive at your location.
• As a general rule however, please provide your physical address so there is no delay.
• We reserve the right to ship only to the verified or confirmed billing address.  If you want shipment to an address other than the confirmed address, please provide your phone number and a brief explanation.  We will try to accommodate reasonable requests.
• Shipping Cost are Non-Negotiable.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless package is insure.
• Merchandise is not available for pick up at our warehouse, no exception!

Return Policy
If the product you have ordered is damage upon arrival, contact us within 5 days and we will replace the damage product for you with the same product or a product of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

• Due to the nature of the item, all sales are final.
• Exchange only on defective or wrong item shipped.
• Please exam the item BEFORE opening the clear plastic wrap. Once the clear plastic wrap is open, it would be treated as a used item and is not qualified for return.
• For replacement, product must be returned within 5 days of receipt and in the UNOPENED packaging.
• WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF MORE THAN 5 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED.
• Returned products must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned products upon receipt before issuing refunds, or exchanges.
• Product should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• All refused orders will result in 25% restocking fee, or reshipping charges.
