Damaged Items

Items damaged in transit will be replaced after a properly submitted courier claim. When a courier damages your item in shipment we must submit a claim to the courier (UPS or USPS). The courier has the right to inspect the damaged item as well as the packaging of the damaged item. So please keep all packaging when your item is damaged in transit.
