Offered for auction: Five gold-trimmed bread and butter (or dessert) plates from W.S. George in the shape called "Bolero" (see item 28073 at replacements.com), with "multicolor floral" designs.

These vintage plates measure 6.5 inches wide across the rim. They are in very good condition, with light utensil marks (less than I usually see on such old pieces). There is just a hint of crazing on one plate, but otherwise no chips, cracks, or other flaws that I can find.

The plates are stamped underglaze "W. S. George / Bolero / Made in U.S.A. / 133A" (or similar number).
