We accept Credit Cards through Paypal, but gladly accept Money Orders, Cashiers checks, and personal checks. We combine S&H on multiple purchases whenever possible, so please complete your shopping and wait for our invoice before making payment. If paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check, please let us know via email. Payment is appreciated within 7 days of purchase. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International buyers please email for a correct shipping cost before purchase.
Shipping
We welcome multiple purchases, and will combine items to save on shipping whenever possible. When purchasing more than 1 item from us, please wait to proceed with Checkout or make a payment until we send a correct invoice with the proper shipping cost. Posting Shipping costs are for continental U.S.
Most items will ship within 2 days of verified payment.
Most of our items ship via UPS ground service. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, please email us for USPS shipping charges.
All items are new and most will ship within 24-48 hours (allow for Holidays and weekends) of verified payment.
Returns
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Return authorization must be requested within 3 days of delivery; items must be returned in original container and in sellable condition.
In the case of shipping damage, please notify us immediately and document the damage. Please save packing materials for inspection by the carrier. If possible take pictures to assist us in resolving the problem.
Other information
Most flowers, plants, and trees are shipped unopened or partially open, and will need to be fluffed or arranged after you receive them. Unless specified in the description, baskets, vases or extra greenery used in photos are not included. Unless specified in description all items are shipped unpotted.
'Silk' is a generic term for all artificial plants, flowers, and trees. Artificial flowers plants and trees are made from a variety of synthetic polymers.
