You are bidding on a lot of five giraffe collectable figurines. The one on the left in the photo stands about 14 inches tall and has what I think is a kiln-fired glaze. The second one from the left is lying down and stands uhh… sits? About 10 ½ inches high. This one has a really neat finish on it. The finish is a mosaic of africal animals including zebras, leopards, lions and yes, even a giraffe. This one has a felt bottom. Giraffe number 3 is a wooden jointed giraffe. She (I’m guessing it’s a she but I really don’t know enough about giraffe anatomy to know for sure) stands about 13 inches tall when she stands but much prefers sitting on a shelf with her legs dangling seductively over the edge.
The final two giraffes are a mom and her baby. The kid stands about 6 ½ inches tall and is staring longingly into his mother’s eyes (unless you move them away from each other in which case he’s staring off into space) Mom stands about 15 inches tall and is going to get a crick in her neck from staring back at Junior. These two giraffes are made of that plaster kind of stuff that they make all kinds of figurines out of. I think they call it sandicast.
