You are bidding on 5 pounds of Blended ParaffinMicrocrystalline wax for making candles. It is manufactured by IGI and meets FDA standards! This wax is currently sold as Parafflex 4633A, but was formally manufactured by Honeywell as Astrolite J223. This wax is designed to hold high fragrance loads up to 10%. The ideal pouring temperature for this wax is 150 degrees into a heated container. It normally produces nice flat candle tops with minimum shrinkage and no repours. It does not require additional additives, other than fragrance and color. This soft, creamy wax is usually sold in slabs, but has been cut into small peices for easy handling and melting. Our wax is packaged in 1 lb. packages. See picture for more detail.
