Each year since 1970, a commemorative in this shape has been made to coincide with the National Insulator Association annual show. They were all base embossed with the show city, date and number of the annual showing and from about 1988 on, had the show host commemorated with a dome embossing. These have become more and more popular as the years have gone by with a majority of collectors having at least some of these and some folks having nearly a complete set. Mint! Unique color combination!
