Shipping

• We only ship to addresses as provided by eBay or confirmed PayPal address.
• Shipping within 24 hours from receipt of payment.
• Orders placed over weekend and on holidays will be processed next business day.
• WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING unless feasible and not at buyer’s request.
• All orders are double checked and professionally and securely packaged and are shipped via United States Postal Service ‘USPS’ only with delivery confirmation or/and insurance for guaranteed reliable and track-able delivery. Exceptions are UPS GROUND or FedEx for large or heavy objects.
• Approximate delivery time is 3 to 14 business days within United States and 7 to 21 days International.
• Shipment notification will be emailed the day the order has been processed.

International

• International buyers need to confirm PRIOR to bidding the shipping cost and US laws, unless shipping is quoted in the listing.
• Any duties, tariffs or government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Catalog/Books are shipped Priority Mail with insurance as being optional. Please note: no insurance means you, THE BUYER’ take responsibility for loss or damage.
• All fragile items purchased over $100.00 are shipped PRIORITY AIR-MAIL with insurance (no exception), and items purchased over $500.00 are shipped EXPRESS AIR-MAIL with insurance. Purchase items under $100.00 can be shipped in two manners at the buyer’s choosing. 1) FIRST CLASS which DOES NOT come with insurance and you ‘THE BUYER’ take responsibility for loss or damage, and 2) PRIORITY MAIL which comes with insurance.

Policy

• If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of the item and we will try to resolve it to your satisfaction.
• We do not cancel final purchase due to change of mind or misunderstanding.
• We do not accept returns unless there was a gross error in our description.
• Due to circumstances beyond our control, if an insured package is ever lost, stolen or arrived damaged the refund will be issued upon receipt of insurance settlement from the shipper which would take between 4-8 weeks from the filing date. Per USPS policy filling for non-receipt of package is 21 days from shipping date. ALL REFUNDS ARE MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.
• Positive feedback will be posted upon satisfied receipt of the item. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback strike will be left.
• Failure of the buyer to make payment will result to filling of "AN UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE" with eBay. If the buyer does not respond to the dispute and make prompt payment, a non-payment negative feedback strike against the buyer will be posted which will remain permanently on the buyer's record.
• Please expect delivery of your package within 3-14 domestically and 7-21 days internationally. We are prompt in our shipping and do so upon receipt of payment. If your package has not been delivered by the end of the expected time period please contact us immediately so we can initiate a trace.
