Payment

• We prefer payment via PayPal or Propay in order to ship your items as soon as possible.
• All Indiana residents are required to pay an addition 7% sales tax on the amount of the purchase (excluding shipping)
• Payment should be made within 7 days from the end of the listing unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Shipping

     For our U.S. Customers -

• Please allow 2 business days (excluding weekends) for processing of all non-personalized purchases.
• All U.S. orders are shipped by UPS.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes but we will accept an alternate adderss to ship to.
• For non-personalized purchases please see the UPS map for estimated in-transit times.
• Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks on all personalized merchandise.
• There is an additional shipping fee of $15.00 for all orders being shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.

     For our Canadian Customers -

• International orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and dependent on that country's particular requirements.
• These import duties and customs taxes are not included in our pricing.
• Your country will collect these fees at the time of delivery
• We have two shipping methods for Canada, UPS & USPS
• Please be aware of the UPS Brokerage fees charged.
• UPS Items can be shipped within the normal 2-3 handling time
• For USPS shipments please allow 7-10 days for handling

      For our International Customers -

• We use USPS for international shipments
• Please allow 7-10 days of processing before shipment via USPS
• This time is required for preparation and is needed to continue our international services

     Combined Shipping -

• We source our items from several manufacturers in the U.S.
• Please let us know if you are planning on buying multiple items.
• We will try to accomodate a combined or reduced shipping rate for multiple purchases.
• Items may ship from different warehouses at our discretion.

Return Policy

• If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), we will take back the merchandise up to 30 days after the date that we ship it
• Merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock as new
• We will credit you for the price of the merchandise only - round trip freight must be at your expense
• Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items
• We do not accept returns on any candy or food items
• This policy applies only to complete orders
• We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders

Damaged Shipments

• Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable.
• We will issue credit or send you replacements
• Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service
• We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event
• We recommend that you inspect your items as soon as you receive them
• All damage or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
