You are buying 50 Grade A* Large (7.5"-12") heat-flattened Indian Almond Leaves
already packed in a ziploc bag.

We bought these from a major supplier of Indian Almond Leaves from Thailand who told us that he was giving up his Ebay business as he needs to concentrate on his postgraduate studies. We hope to provide some variety in our store with this purchase.

When the box of leaves arrived, we re-sorted it into two categories. This package contains leaves that are larger and are more perfect in appearance.

These heat-flattened leaves were collected sun-dried and then ironed flat (according to our supplier, at 60 degrees C). They may be more brittle and thinner compared to flat-dried leaves. Nevertheless, they are very good quality leaves.

These are basically the best (top 30% or so) of the leaves that came in the 5000 leaves shipment that I received from Thailand. They were originally classified as Grade A by my supplier.
