Decal will be shipped with a protective transfer tape over it, there will be no background color. Just peel the paper backing off of the decal and apply it to virtually any CLEAN flat surface. Rub a credit card or drivers license over the surface of the decal from the center outward to set the adhesive. Remove the protective tape and the vinyl decal will remain.
(If applying a large decal, you can spray a solution of 1 drop of dishsoap to 8 ounces of water to the area before applying the decal. This will allow you to slide the decal around, allowing you to get it lined up where you want it. Once in place, scrape it with the credit card as mentioned in #5 above. Make sure you scrape out all soap and water from behind the vinyl. Allow the area to completely dry before removing the tape. Do not use more soap for this method than advised, or the decal may not stick.)

Returns are accepted. Refund will be given if item is returned in "like new", re-sellable condition.
