Fedex ground is the ONLY option for hazrdous items (displays as UPS ground on ebay)
Fedex Ground to Canada requires collection of broker fees/tariffs before shipment. This helps speed up delivery to your door. Fees should already be included in shipping totals. a phone number is required to ship to canada via fedex.
When shipped through fedex, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and send you a fresh product (if available). If your item appears to be stuck in transit, please contact us so we can send a new shipment if the item was lost.
To combine shipments on ebay, purchase all items first without paying. Once the final item has been purchased, proceed with normal checkout to pay.
