(they are about 1.5 times longer than a normal 2-3 sleeve)  These sleeve are used for splicing 12.5 gauge hi-tensile wire.  These sleeves have a wall thickness of 1.20 mm. We have decided to change what we sell to  a larger wall thickness of 1.40mm.  So I have lots of these 1.20 mm wall thickness sleeves left.  I have used lots of these sleeves and they work well.  I use 2 sleeves in a splice and bend the wire up and haven't ever had them slip.  You can buy these sleeves at a fraction of what you would normally.  You can expect to pay 18.00 - 22.00 for a bottle of 100. I am going to sell these at a lot less than that and pay frt anywhere in the continental US.  These sleeves are made from copper and are gritted for extra holding power
