RETURN POLICY:

We offer 15 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

15% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for any voltage converters with fuse protection that are being exchanged. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Tredz, Inc. before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.

All returns must be brand new, factory sealed, unused, untouched and in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge. 

Returns must be received within 7 days of the RMA's issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  This also applies to defective items. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Tredz, Inc. is not responsible for returned packages if lost by carrier.

Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer?s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Packages refused on delivery will be issued refund (excluding initial shipping & handling charges and 15% restocking fees)

• All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RMA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
• Our Returns Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA#
• Please include your payment receipt and your ebay id.
• We are not responsible for return shipping unless there was an error in our part

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer. 

All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 14 days of receipt.

20% restocking fee will also be charged for any order that is refused on delivery or returned back for any reason except if defective.

Note: Some GSM phones may not contain instruction books in English. You may have to download manuals from respective manufacturer's websites or order directly from manufacturers or service providers. Customer is responsible to confirm the compatibility of the purchased item with their service provider.  We are not responsible if it does not work with your service provider. Only T-Mobile, we can guarantee will work with our GSM Unlocked phones. PLEASE NOTE: Cingular is using 850MHz in some regions of United States which is not supported by most Tri-Band phones.

Customer is responsible to set up the phone and the phone's functions. We are not responsible if some of the functions do not operate.
