We stand proudly behind our products that we offer 90 days warranty on all our pachinko units. It is only a simple way to show our customer that we do care for your purchase.

Shipping and Handling
  • All winning items are shipped by CanadaPost with tracking number provided.
  • Duties may be charged in different countries due to its import custom policy.
  • All winning items are shipped ONLY when the full payment is received and cleared.
  • Due to shipping courier regulation, all winning items can only be shipped to physical address, NO PO BOX is allowed.
  • Local pickup is available by appointment only. Handling fee of $10 CDN will be applied for all local pickup. Please email Tech Department to schedule an appointment.
  • Shipping charges differ for various regions, please check chart for details. International rates may differ from rate indicated below, please email us for detail.
  • Shipping to Canada:           $18 USD
