Wireless Rear Speakers (with wired option): Uses high frequency 2.4 Ghz RF technology to eliminate the need for wires running from the front of the room to the rear. Q: What happens if item I received is not functioning properly ?
A: We sell electronic items and it is quite normal to have problems occasionally. Any brand name electronic manufacturer will have some level of defective rate. For Frisby products, it is between 0.5 - 1 %. Most brand names has usually 1.5-2 %. So, the most important question is how we handle the situation and make our customer happy at the end. If item is not functioning properly, first please contact with our product support and explain them the problem. Our product support will respond your e-mail within 24 hr.

Q: How soon I will receive my item ?

Q: Why shipping fee is so expensive ?
A: The system comes with 2 big boxes. One of the box contains speakers is an oversize package and quite heavy, around 44 pounds, and other box contains woofer and other accessories weights around 23 pounds. FEDEX has a base rate plus charges around $1 per pound. We charge a small handling fee at the top of the exact rate so shipping fee of $99.99 is quite fair.
