Refunds will be given within 14 days of delivery minus the cost of shipping upon return of item. Returns will carry a minimum of 5% restocking fee and will be accepted on an "unopened box" for all electronic and computer related items or "opened box with all original materials" on other products. Buyer pays for all return shipping to our warehouse. Shipment must be insured. Manufacturer's warranties will be handled according to each manufacturer's return, repair and/or replacement policy |
