SHIPPING & HANDLING:

• Items are subject to a FIXED SHIPPING price. That means the shipping fee will be the displayed amount for all ship-to destinations shown. We do not ship to any destinations that are not specified here.

• We only ship to shipping addresses that BUYERS fill out during their KYOZOU checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

• Our shipping and handling costs include the expense of labor, high-quality packing materials, our advanced automation system (to bring fast and reliable service), and rigorous quality control. Insurance is non-negotiable and is required for your item to be processed.

• Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country.  We do not cover this cost.

• All orders within US are shipped with a Delivery Tracking Number.

• Our valued customers can track the shipping status of their packages online at the USPS website.

• Delivery Confirmation is included in our shipping & handling at NO extra charge. Sales Tax: 8.25% for California Residents

• All US shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the types of products purchased.

• A majority of our orders will be picked up by USPS from our automated warehouse within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). For First Class Mail, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.

• International shipments will be shipped via USPS airmail. Actual transit time may fluctuate. (All mail transit time stated is estimated, not guaranteed.)

PAYMENT METHODS:

• PAYPAL, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks (e-checks are held 7 days until cleared).

• We accept payment transactions via OUR checkout ONLY!!! Winning bidders must checkout within 3 days and payment must be made within 7 days after the auction(s) close.

• In the event that the auction remains unpaid after 7 days, the item will be re-listed, and you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee or $3.00 minimum (whichever is higher).

WARRANTY:

• GUARANTEE:  You can return any defective product(s) within 10 days for an exchange or store credit only.  ONLY under special circumstances we will allow a return for a refund. Any item(s) that is returned back to us will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $3.00 minimum deducted from the total amount of the paid purchase item(s). No EXCEPTIONS!!!

• All returned, defective, or physically damaged items in the shipment must be notified to us via email within 5 days after receiving the product (by using the eBay item number as reference). We will not exchange/ replace/store credit  any defective products that have been notified later than 10 days after receiving the product(s).  All returned and defective products must be returned in the same original condition with no missing pieces (including all packaging materials).  We will not accept any returns not meeting these requirements.   (No refunds will be issued period.  Only exchanges or store credit.)

• Bring attention on any return package(s) to either the Exchange Dept. or Store Credit Dept. Be sure to include your eBay item number when you send it back.  We will disregard any shipments without eBay item numbers on them.

• Please read the auction listing(s) CLEARLY before placing a bid. We are not responsible if you change your mind on a bid. There is an eBay transaction fee if you want cancel your winning bid.
