GINGER WALKER DOLL
This is a very cute doll by Cosmopolitan Toy Co. 
  The condition is used but very good! She has an 8 inch hard plastic body and a soft vinyl head, with small eyes. The neck is marked GINGER. When her feet are moved back and forth "walks", her head moves side to side.
She comes wearing a sweet blue dress and a vintage straw hat. The hat is marked Made in Japan.
