There is a $4.95 Restocking fees for all returns due to incompatible memory for models not listed in the compatibility guide.

For other countries please contact us at sales@memorychik.com for Shipping and Payment options. We have expereinced Shipments to Italy take longer time. We may ship via Fedex USPS or UPS. Our Shipping System does not allow to print International packages so someone has to physically go to carriers location. It requires us to fill all those custom forms also. All this causes overhead in terms of manual labor and time and hence S&H charges to International locations are a bit heigher.
