Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless advertised different). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. We understand that some products work for a short while then become defective. We Will also gladly exchange defective products if notified within 7 days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the manufacturer warranty.

This means that we will refund full item cost for these items, this does not mean that shipping is refunded on these items. We will not refund shipping if you just don't like the item or if you thought it was something different, etc... You must also help us get our fees back from ebay for that particular sale by going thru Ebay's unpaid item policy in order to be eligible for the Full Item Cost Refund.
We will only pay return shipping in the case's of Defective or Incorrect items shipped. The package must be sent back the most inexpensive way which in the United States is First Class or Parcel Post Mail with a Delivery Confirmation Number. For International Shipments thru your Countries Cheapest shipping service which allows you to put a tracking number on it. If you do not follow these procedures we will not refund your return shipping costs.
Items will not be accepted if we are not contacted within the time frame specified (NO EXCEPTIONS). All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from the manufacturer. They must be returned in the original boxes with packing materials, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards. In addition, products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. When returning, attach a shipping label to the original box covering the original label. Or repackage in a durable box. In addition, enclose a copy of your receipt along with a brief description of the problem and the name of the person who authorized the return of the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
PLEASE NOTE: All items will be rejected and sent back to sender if the return has not been authorized by a manager/employee of Saini Digital Photo and if a return authorization number has not been provided.
