DOES HAVE SEVERAL SCRATCHES AND SCUFF MARKS


LINEAR LENSES ARE DIFFERENT THAN SPOT LENSES AS THEY SPREAD THE HEAT EVENLY.
THIS LENS WILL BOIL WATER FAST AND MELT ZINC BUT NOT GLASS OR CONCRETE.

THIS IS A LINEAR BEAM FRESNEL LENS.
This type of lens is desirable for heating liquid as it produces a flat beam
that is 5 inches long vs. a small 1/4 inch spot.
This lens will melt zinc (692 degrees Farenheit) anywhere along the
5 inch beam but will not melt glass.

This is perfect for water boiling applications and it is less likely to
destroy your equipment.
