Q: Where is my tracking number? A: We sent tracking number with every shipment no exceptions. Tracking number will either be FedEx tracking number or USPS confirmation number. If you do not see the shipment confirmation email in your email inbox, then it must be in your spam folder. Very often, AOL, Hotmail and MSN email servers filter out our email to spam folder. We sent email either to your eBay registered email address or your PayPal email address. Be sure to check both accounts if your email address are different.
Q: Do you ship international? A: We do not ship international except for Canada.
Q: Have you ship my order yet? A: We will ship your order within 48 hours after payment is cleared. Please check your email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder for our email. We have listed couple common problems regarding to delayed shipment: 1) We do not ship to PO Box address unless you paid for USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Your shipment could be delayed because the shipping address on your PayPal account is a PO Box address. Please contact cs@backpackplace.com with a physical shipping address. Be sure to include the eBay item number when you contact us. 2) Your shipping address is in HI, AK, PR or GU. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail to these areas only. Please check to make sure you have selected USPS Priority Mail as your shipping service. If not, please PayPal the difference between USPS Priority Mail and standard shipping rate to backpackplace@yahoo.com. You should get an email from us about that. Please check your email and be sure to check your spam folder too. 3) Shipping company can loose your package sometime although very rare. If that happens, DO NOT contact the shipping company. Please contact us at cs@backpackplace.com and let us know. This will speed up the resolution. Purchasing insurance option will reduce this chance to zero since this service includes direct signature. 4) If you paid via PayPal using eCheck, it will take 3 to 4 days for eCheck to clear. Once eCheck is cleared, we will ship your order.
Q: Where is rain fly located? A: For model that comes with a rain fly, it is usually located on the bottom of the backpack in a small zippered pocket or in the cover top pocket.
Q: Is this product brand new and never been used before? A: Yes. This product is brand new and never been used before. We only sell brand new items unless it is specified to be an used item.
Q: Is this backpack small enough to use as a carry-on for an airplane? A: No. This backpack is too big to use as a carry-on and needs to be checked in for a flight. |
