THE PERFECT ACCESSORY! This unique MINK headband was created by pleating the mink for a look that resembles a scrunchie. This headband does not open, but there is slight elastic for a snug fit. Really beautiful!! Original retail price is $499.

The unstretched diameter when measured from the inside is 23". It stretches about 1" to 1.5" inches more. The width is 4".
