Most NWA meteorites are UNCLASSIFIED meteorites found in the northwest of Africa in the deep reaches of the Sahara Desert. Nomads travel far out across the barren desert lands to retreive these specimens off the desert floor and bring them back to Morocco where they are distributed through a network of meteorite dealers and wholesalers. Many very nice specimens have been found such as the NWA 2373 Martian Meteorite which is a (basaltic shergottite) meteorite that sells for over $1000 per gram.

The NWA meteorites we sell are superior quality unclassified NWA XXX stone type meteorites, many of them with awesome fusion crust and great asthetics, and are great additions to any meteorite collection.
