Shipping

     I will combine items and offer a Shipping & Handling Discount for simultaneous multiple purchases. 

     I strive to ship all items the next business day whenever possible.  I charge fair shipping fees and do not pad costs.  I charge very little if any handling fees.  I do not include but highly recommend shipping insurance.  I ship most items within the continental United States via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.  I also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses with any postal fees pre-arranged and prepaid if applicable. 

     I ship Books and Books on CD/Tape (Audio Books) via United Sates Postal Service Media rate shipping. Priority Mail for books and books on CD/Tape (Audio Books) and postal insurance are optional in the US. 

     I ship almost every business day. I do not ship on weekends and holidays.  I pack all items very carefully to avoid damage in shipping but do not guarantee shipment without buyer paying for and purchasing insurance in advance. 

     I provide free delivery confirmation on each package by USPS and UPS. The shipping service may include a handling charge but does not include insurance unless prior payment and request has been received from the buyer. 

     Tracking information for items ship is usually available through United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.  Your items should be expected to arrive within 6 to 10 business days after payment clears PayPal.

· I will ship internationally via United States Postal Services First Class International Mail with extra costs pre-arranged and prepaid by buyer.

Return policy details:  REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS ACCEPTED - If item received is not as described, I will refund 100% of item purchase price upon return of item to me within 3 days of buyer’s receipt of item.  If the item buyer receives is the wrong item, you must return it within 3 days of receiving it.  Only new and unused items may be returned for refund or credit in their original, undamaged containers.  I will either replace the returned merchandise or refund your purchase price if the item is no longer available.  You can also choose merchandise credit or replacement item (if available) for the returned item.  I refund or give credit only for the purchase price.  I do not refund or give credit for shipping and handling fees.
