If your items arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival) or is defective (not due to misuse), you must contact us within 7 days.

We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product. Please note that buyer are required to return the item at his/her own cost.In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any cases.

• Item will be dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of full payment.
• We take great care in packaging every item securely so that they will arrive safe and sound to your doorstep.
• Depending on your location, the delivery time will be around 1 – 6 business days in Australia. Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery time.
• Transit Insurance is available for AUD$3 per item.
• We will not be responsible for any lost or damage of any items in transit unless insurance is selected.
