First thing, this set can be sent by UPS ground and shipping is included in the price.  However, the new owner will need to put the table back together upon receiving it with the original screws provided.  The table will be numbered so all you have to do is match numbers up.  Very easy to do.  This is right out of the 1890s or turn of the century.  This 5 piece set is for one price.  The table and chairs have been refinished at one time and a nice job done at that.  The previous owner was using this is a victorian brick home in the parlor area to play games and cards.  If you have a smaller apartment such as in New York and are cramped for space this would make a great set for you.  This is 36 inches across and 30 1/2 inches tall.  Someone at one time has added newer coasters so that this can be easily moved around.  The chairs are solid ash and chesnut seats and are 34 1/2 inches x 16 1/2 inches wide x 16 inches front to back and have an 18 inch seat height.
