landdirtcheap@hughes.net CAMP * BUILD * INVEST HERE'S THE DEAL - I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO GO CLEAN THE TRASH THAT SOMEONE LEFT BEHIND! IT'S NOT TOO BAD (I INCLUDED A PICTURE). There are many other reasons to buy land - to name a few, how about - camping, build a cabin or home, off-grid homestead (although electric is CLOSE), build a vacation spot, investment! Any of these sound worthwhile to you? Just want to get to live in the country someday? If building your own home or just a weekend get-away cabin has always been a dream - it is time to make that dream a reality - having land to build on would be the first step! You don't have to get started right-away - you don't have to do anything for years to come. Just camp if you want to - bring a camper (bring all your friends with campers as well)! But, if you buy the land now and get it paid for, it will be easier for you to focus later on other things in life. From just an investment perspective, how often do you have an opportunity to by land at an affordable price with great terms and no questions asked? I don't care who you are, where you live, or the past - you can buy this property from me! And, I'm not talking about some lot in a desert region - I am offering acreage in one of the most beautiful parts of our country. In my opinion, its not likely that land prices will decrease - there is more demand than ever and there is less of it. Although there are never guarantees, land rarely depreciates over time; And, land is often immune to many factors that dramatically effect other investments. Land has always been, and will probably remain, one of the best investments that anyone can make!
