  1. How to install the receiver to the collar?

First, pass the collar through the hole at the end of receiver without nut. Then pull the collar and insert it into the hole at the end of receiver with nut. Finally, let the nut on the receiver contact with the steel hole on the collar. The collar will then act as an antenna for the training system to get a better effect of remote control.

 

  1. Is the collar length suitable for my dog?

The collar is adjustable to suit the size of most dogs. However, a standard 1” wide collar bought anywhere, e.g., Wal-Mart, can substitute for the supplied collar to suit your dog if required.

 

  1. How can I check whether the receiver releases shock not?

First, set the working mode as REMOTE and function as CORRECTION. Then put your finger on both prongs of the receiver and press correction button in the remote transmitter.

 

  1. What does the level of the stimulation mean?

The level here means the duration of the stimulation signal. Take shock as an example. The shock of this product is strong enough to discipline huge dogs. Then the duration of shock can be adjusted to suit different dogs.
