This is the "holy grail" of Star Wars posters! An original Star Wars A New Hope Movie poster!

These are ROLLED versions of this poster, they have never been hung, displayed, and have never been folded.

Style A, 1 sheet 77-21-0, rare first printing. Measures 27" x 41". The most recognizable of the Star Wars posters!

This poster is studio-issued, straight from the estate of a top PR executive at 20th Century Fox, and absolutely original. There is no 'hair' on Luke's belt as is noticed on bootlegged posters.

CONDITION:ÃÂ Each of these posters will have some wear at the edges (some wrinkles possibly).ÃÂ Some of these posters will have slight foxing at the edges.ÃÂ This wear is from storage and handling mostly.ÃÂ They have never been displayed.

Once framed, you will not be able to see these areas!

No pin holes, no tape marks, no tears, no creases.

These are ORIGINALS!

These are NOT REPRODUCTIONS!

These are NOT BOOTLEG POSTERS!

These posters come from a non-smoking home.

Thes posters will be double boxed when shipped. They will be placed in a poster tube, then placed in an angled poster mailer for safe arrival to the winning bidder. We take our packing and shipping very seriously, and will go overboard packaging such a rare item!

About this rare Star Wars Poster
The Style A one sheet is the most well known, most collected, most reprinted, and most bootlegged movie poster in history. Just about everyone knows this image. Because there was an extremely high demand for the Style A one sheet back in 1977 when the film was released, there are 4 kinds of original versions. They all have slightly different markings on the very bottom. The poster in this auction is Version 1.

Version 1 - This poster has written across the bottom border "one sheet - style A" and the NSS number as "77/21-0". Most experts believe that this is the first printing, and there is a lot of "circumstantial evidence" to support this, but, this can not be said with 100% certainty. Because of this belief, this poster commands a premium over the other versions.

Where did we acquire this item?
Packrat Auctions has been hired to liquidate a large collection of original, vintage movie collectibles, including many Star Wars items. Our customer's father spent his career working for 20th Century Fox and acquired these promotional items directly from the movie studio. Most of the posters have never been hung!

We accept: Pay Pal (preferred) and all major credit cards.

Winning bidder will receive an email from us with all of the auction information, including payment address, Pay Pal address and other pertinent information. Pay Pal information: If paying via Pay Pal, we only ship to confirmed addresses.

NJ Residents are required to pay 7% sales tax.

International bidders: We accept Pay Pal for international orders.

Shipping

We ship Tuesday's and Thursday's. Smaller items may be shipped throughout the week, however, we are committed to shipping on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Shipping methods: Our preferred method of shipping is UPS, almost all of our items will be shipped via this carrier. We also use USPS Priority Mail (for smaller items) and Fed Ex if needed. Auctions will either have a flat cost for shipping, or an eBay shipping calculator attached (at the bottom right of the auction listing).

Records listings - the default shipping method is via USPS, however, you have a choice of using any carrier. International record shipments will ship via USPS.

Local pick up - Most items are available for a local pick up either at our office or at our customer's home. Please contact us if you would like to pick up your item. No additional charges are incurred for a local pick up.

Insurance: We will insure your item for an additional cost. All UPS orders under $100 are shipped fully insured! If winning bidder chooses to have the item shipped insured via USPS, additional insurance charges may apply.

Tracking numbers will be provided to the winning bidder once the item ships (where applicable).

We COMBINE SHIPPING! Please email us to request a combined quote on shipping.

Returns

We will offer a refund and provide a return call tag for a return for items that do not meet the item description. Please email us to request a refund BEFORE any feedback is left. If feedback is left for us before a request for a refund is made, you have forfeited your chance to receive a refund.

We will not refund your original shipping cost under any circumstances. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the item back in our office. Refunds will be given in the same type of payment for which the item was paid.

UPS damaged package - If your package was sent via UPS, and arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are the point person for the UPS claim that will need to be filed. We will need your home phone number to begin the claim.
