Six Birthday Note Cards Personalized With YOUR Initials - Choose Your Graphic


"PERSONALIZED BIRTHDAY NOTE CARDS WITH YOUR INITIALS!" Set of six birthday note cards that are blank on the inside so you can write a personal note. They are printed on heavy white cardstock and measure 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" inches. Six white envelopes for mailing are included. The cards and envelopes are placed into poly bags for added protection before they are put into the shipping envelope.

PERSONALIZE INFORMATION: These note cards will be personalized on the outside of the cards with your initials (see the note card sample images for this listing). All 6 note cards will be personalized the same and have the same graphic.

BIRTHDAY GRAPHIC CHOICES: There are many graphic choices - cakes, candles, presents, cupcake, balloons...just let me know what your choice is (see the graphic choices picture).


FONT CHOICES: Comic Sans MS, Kristen ITC, Lucinda Handwriting, Lucinda Calligraphy, Tahoma & Verdana (see the font choices picture).


INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE ORDER: These note cards will be personalized on the outside of the note card with your initials if you so desire. All 6 note cards will be personalized the same and have the same graphic. Please supply the following information:

1. Graphic Choice (make your choice from the included image)
2. 2 or 3 initials (examples - "FC" or "FJC" - personalization is optional)
3. Font Choice (make your choice from the included image)

IMPORTANT - PAYMENT/SHIPPING DETAILS!

PAYMENT: I only accept PayPal payments. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders are shipped via USPS. Choose which USPS service you want your order shipped with during checkout. I use combined shipping calculations so you save on shipping cost by getting multiple items from my eBay Store and paying for them all at the same time.

INSURANCE (optional): I do not have control over what happens to your package after I dropped it off at the post office. If you want coverage for loss or damage you must purchase the insurance coverage during checkout.

STATE SALES TAX: Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to the state of Illinois (no tax will be charged on the shipping and handling fees).
