Payments:

Payments are due within 5 Days of auction closing. We gladly accept payments via PayPal or Money Order. If payment has not been received or payment arrangements are not made within the designated payment period a Non Payment Dispute will be filed with eBay and preparations made to have the item(s) re-listed. Now, we know you don’t want that to happen!

Buyers of taxable merchandise being delivered within Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.

Shipping:

WE LOVE TO SAVE ON SHIPPING and believe YOU do to. Crownhouse works hard to give the lowest possible shipping rates. Standard Domestic Shipping Rates are provided on each listing. We utilize both UPS and USPS, depending on the merchandise and value.

A NOTE TO OUR SHOPPERS: Some listings will quote flat rate shipping and some by weight. If you would like a shipping quote to determine if another means of shipping will be cheaper, please email and wait for our invoice prior to paying.

All Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding holidays and weekends. Should an unforseen event occur which prohibits us from immediate shipment we will notify you.

Combined shipping is offered and is determined upon the final size/weight of your package. We want to save you as much on shipping costs as possible. We have found it's less costly for our customers to combine based on actual weight and/or size of the package, rather than quoting a flat fee for each combined item.
