Freight
- Title of goods passes to the consignee's carrier agent upon signing the bill of lading. All responsibility and title of goods for damage claim are the responsibility of the customer. At the time of receipt all goods should be carefully counted and checked for damages and noted properly on the delivering carrier's freight bill.
- In the event that concealed damages are discovered after receipt of goods, carrier should be notified within 48 hours of goods damaged in order that proper liability may be established and appropriate claim filed.
